Bug Report: GPT-4o, or what runs behind the name, has a huge issue with memory
`Steps to Reproduce`

  • choose GPT-4o as model

  • start chat

  • do it more than two longer messages and answers

  • GPT-4o will forget everything from before and will basically start "a new chat" in the chat, because it lost all memory

  • GPT-4o seems not to be the actual model

`Expected Result`

GPT-4o is actually the real model and remembers much longer chat history as it used to, so don't forget the context and content after two messages and two answers.

`Actual Result`

It is 100% not GPT-4o, what is going on behind the name. Definitely not. It's just another scam by OpenAI rather.

It can't remember anything from the chat anymore, basically a new chat starts every two messages, that's all it is anymore.
