Bug Report: File not found or Code Intrepreter errors
`Steps to Reproduce`
I have been using GPT5 to create python code. For more than a week, after thinking for a minute or two, it produces the .py downloadable file with new or revised code. But 90% of the time I get a message when I try to select the downloadable .py file of 'file not found', or sometimes, seperately 'Code Interpreter failed'. Almost inevitably if you the tell it that the download has filed, and ask it to re-upload the script, it will do so. Once or twice is not such an issue, but this error is occur
