For more details:

There is this one stubborn conversation that I love. When I try to delete it, it just comes back, not wanting to be deleted. And when I try to load the conversation, it instead says "Unable to load conversation". And it can't be archived either. I can sort of rename it, but when I refresh, the name just resets to "New chat".

I used ChatGPT in two browsers (Chrome and Firefox) on Windows 11 and the mobile app on Android. This issue started happening around a week ago while I was chatting when the conversation suddenly became corrupted and turned into a stubborn one that doesn't want to be deleted. This problem happens only with this one conversation.

I tried clearing caches and cookies on Firefox, using incognito mode, and logging out and logging back in, and I'm sure the mobile app is in the latest version. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app and switching devices, but the chat keeps showing up again whenever I try to delete it.

I can't ignore the broken conversation and I can't keep using ChatGPT like this. This has been going on for a week and the conversation hasn't disappeared.

I had to report this bug here as well because the support team didn't seem to be receiving my response and attachments through the email.
