Bug Report: Advanced Voice Mode Speed Control
`Steps to Reproduce`

Click on the Advanced Voice Mode icon -> Ask any question

`Expected Result`

The voice mode should speak at a normal speed.

`Actual Result`

The voice mode speaks too fast to a point where it's tough to process what it's saying and you have to ask it to slow down and despite asking it to slow down, it doesn't slow down
