Bug Report: Unable to save memory

I requested it to save into memory, it said it cant

Having the same issue- my data export showed an internal message stating the 'bio' tool had been disabled. It instructed the model "do not send any more messages 'to=bio' and "Do not claim to the user the information has been remembered."
