Bug Report: "Show follow up suggestions" button is broken i.e. doesn't do anything.
`Steps to Reproduce`

I open a new chat and the first or second reply will ask follow up questions.

I also have custom instructions AND memory set clearly against it but the model blatantly ignores them.

`Expected Result`

No follow ups.

`Actual Result`

It will ask follow up questions.

Windows 10, Chrome and on my Android phone app.
