Bug Report: When keyboard is connected using iPad, vertical spacing is messed up in bottom toolbar
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open ChatGPT app on iPad, with keyboard attached.
  2. Tap or click search text box.
  3. Text box should focus without affecting overall layout. Instead, bottom bar is pushed up.

Issue is likely caused bc the little input on the bottom right causes the container for the bottom tool to expand its height. However, widget is meant to float and shouldn’t not affect toolbar height.

`Expected Result`

Textbox focuses without layout being changed.
