Bug Report: Conversation not found
`Steps to Reproduce`
It keeps saying "conversation not found" everytime i type a message in, but when i try other conversations they work perfectly. And yes the chat is pretty long but i've had other longer conversations that had no problems..
Sometimes it says "reconnecting" and sometimes it says "conversation not found", and yeah i do change models sometimes and also edit my inputs a lot, i switch from thinking to mini to gpt-5, if those are the reason then please how do i fix this?
