Bug Report: Severe latency and cutoffs in voice + text modes across platforms
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open the ChatGPT app on iOS (latest version) or desktop browser.
  2. Attempt to use voice mode (GPT-4 or GPT-5).
  3. Speak normally into the mic.
  4. Observe how the app cuts off mid-sentence, only transcribes fragments, and fails to respond.
  5. In text mode, type a prompt — responses take over a minute to generate.
  6. On desktop, attempt to load ChatGPT — get “content failed to load” error.
`Expected Result`

• Voice input should capture full sentences without cutoff.
• Conversations should flow without excessive latency.
• Text responses should generate in normal time (a few seconds).
• Desktop/web should load normally.

`Actual Result`

• Voice mode cuts off prematurely, transcribes partial input, or gets stuck without responding.
• Clicking sounds sometimes occur when recording.
• Text responses often take 1+ minute to appear, breaking flow.
• On desktop, app frequently fails to load with “content failed to load.”
• Issue persists regardless of switching between GPT-4 and GPT-5.
