Bug Report: Search constantly starts without asking!

`Steps to Reproduce`

As soon as you use a "?" (question mark) at the end of the message in the prompt, i.e., ask a question, ChatGPT automatically starts searching the Internet! This is really annoying! Of course it's intentional, but it's annoying and makes it unusable!

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT answers questions without direct internet search, but on its own initiative.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT always starts the search without asking as soon as a message ends with a question mark.
