Bug Report: Having to close and reopen project file for some reason
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open Project files
  2. Delete a file(s), but it doesn't disappear
  3. Close and reopen project files; deleted file(s) are now gone
  4. Upload file(s), doesn't appear
  5. Close and reopen project files, file(s) are now visible
`Expected Result`

Before I was able to delete and upload files and they would disappear and reappear properly

`Actual Result`

I open project files, I delete a file, but it doesn't visually go away unless I close the project files window and reopen it. Same with uploading files, when I upload a file that wasn't there before I have to close and reopen for it to visually show that it is now in project files.
