Bug Report: @ for GPT not working
`Steps to Reproduce`

Trying to call a GPT on the windows app is not working on the first message. You must send one message then call the GPT.

`Expected Result`

The menu to select the GPT shows up when you @ it in the first message.

`Actual Result`

Nothing
