Bug Report: ChatGPT keeps referencing previous chats within a project
`Steps to Reproduce`

I turned off "Reference saved memories" in the personalization settings. I started a new chat in a project designed around creating chapters in a novel

`Expected Result`

Each chat should be stand alone and not reference other chats within the project.

`Actual Result`

Stuff that happened in other chats keeps coming up when I start a new chat in the project

ChatGPT in Chrome browser, within a project, no custom GPT
