Bug Report: Constantly running out of memory since GPT 5 update
`Steps to Reproduce`

Having it remember and recall facts and chats over an extended period of time. Sometimes even in the same session/chat.

`Expected Result`

It needs more memory.

`Actual Result`

Constantly having to delete and prune memories (even ones I want it to retain.)

Windows 10, chrome browser.
