Bug Report: Projects sidebar fails to load on desktop web, /backend-api/gizmos/snorlax/sidebar returns 404

`Steps to Reproduce`

Log into ChatGPT on Desktop browser regardless of OS, network, browser. Tried on MacOS with Chrome, Windows in Brave and Edge. Projects load succesfully on my iPhone on the app.

`Expected Result`

Projects sidebar should load with recent conversations/projects.

`Actual Result`

Project sidebar stays empty with the text "Unable to load projects. Retry".

`Environment`

Windows 11, Brave 1.81.135 and Edge 139.0.3405.102 + MacOS and latest Safari + Chrome builds as of 19th of August.
