Bug Report: download files from the code interpreter
`Steps to Reproduce`

do something in europe timezone, open edge. create some stuff where code interpreter is needed. click to download.

`Expected Result`

download starts and gets the file as expected.

`Actual Result`

doesnt work. get error message

AMD PC, Microsoft Edge. Version 139.0.3405.86 (Official build) (64-bit)
