Bug Report: Camera rotation results in an error

`Steps to Reproduce`

Open camera in app, turn phone to rotate.

`Expected Result`

Camera should rotate from portrait to landscape (or vice versa).

`Actual Result`

Throws an error "Microphone permission is required to record Video" with a "Request permission" button that does nothing.

Android app, Google Pixel 9
