Bug Report: Hourly Task
`Steps to Reproduce`

I asked chatGPT to send me hourly messages to stretch

`Expected Result`

one message every hour to stretch

`Actual Result`

3-4 messages every hour. Asked to delete task or event it couldn't find it

there is no easy way to kill the task now i have gone into several threads/version trying to kill it and I can't because it says there are no tasks chikamad

i believe after asking for the initial reminder i asked it to adjust the reminder and it created a new reminder? But after this point asking it to delete tasks/reminder has resulted in more and more reminders. I turned off email and sms notifications to escape constantly being told to stretch
