Bug Report: Not Prompting to Consent to Send Info Outside Stopping Action

`Steps to Reproduce`

1. Go to a GPT that communicates with an outside program. Like Canva, PDF, etc.
2. Trigger it to do it's action.

`Expected Result`

Prompt me to click 'Accept' or 'Always Accept' or 'Decline' and then proceed with its action if I click accept.

`Actual Result`

It will say 'talking to' like it used to. Then it either stops the response entirely and continues to say 'talking to' forever or it says 'stopped talking to'.

Also because it just occured to me, I also tried it with 4o and that didn't work either

been going on around a day. there's a workaround in this thread that unblocks for a subset of custom gpt actions (basically read-only) https://community.openai.com/t/custom-gpt-oauth-stuck-on-talking-to-domain-looking-for-official-guidance/1348110

Yeah, I got my custom ones to read just fine. I just can't write anything lmao

I haven’t seen anything to suggest it’s fixed. I keep testing it every like 6 hours or so
