Bug Report: Model selector is not working inside a project on macOS app
`Steps to Reproduce`

In macOS app, Create a project and start a chat in the project. Click the title on top bar and select a model.

`Expected Result`

It should change the model within the current chat.

`Actual Result`

Choosing a model through the model selector initiates a new chat, closing the current one.

macOS 15.6, CharGPT app version 1.2025.218
