Bug Report: ChatGPT not working with xCode
`Steps to Reproduce`

not occuring all the time but like 70% of the time when Chatbot says he repaired directly the code in xCode he did not touch anything, sometimes restart helped, sometimes not

`Expected Result`

That ChatGPT is working directly with IDE when asked

`Actual Result`

70% of the time Chat did not perform even a single change, and I have not even saw the usual bar which is occuring when chat is auto-applying the code to IDE
