Bug Report: chat limit bug
`Steps to Reproduce`

send messages with ChatGPT-5 to 10 messages reaches the limit.

`Expected Result`

The message limit is 10 messages will reset every 5 hours.

`Actual Result`

reset limit 22 hours

The chat limit should be every 10 messages and the reset time should be 5 hours, but why does it become so long and slow?
