Bug Report: Android: “Purchase failed” when upgrading to ChatGPT Plus (other account works fine)
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open ChatGPT app on Android

  2. Tap “Upgrade to Plus” at the top of the screen

  3. Wait a few seconds → error message appears before reaching Google Play purchase sheet

`Expected Result`

Tapping “Upgrade to Plus” opens the Google Play purchase sheet and allows successful completion of the ChatGPT Plus subscription.

`Actual Result`

・Error message: Purchase failed. Please try again later.

・Timing: Appears within seconds after tapping “Upgrade to Plus”

・The Google Play purchase sheet never appears

・On the same device and same Google Play account, a different OpenAI account reaches the purchase sheet without error

`Environment`

OS: Android 15 ChatGPT app: Latest version (from Google Play) Google Play Store: Latest version Default browser: Chrome (set as default) Network: Wi-Fi and cellular (issue occurs on both) Region: Japan (Google Play country/profile: Japan)
