Bug Report: Context Retention Issue in ChatGPT App (Mobile & Desktop) — API Works Fine
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open the ChatGPT app (latest version, tested on [platforms you use: e.g., macOS desktop app & iOS app]).
2. Start a new chat with any GPT.
3. Send an initial prompt.
4. Immediately send a follow-up prompt that requires referencing the first one.
→ The model responds as if the first prompt was never received.
5. Repeat test via the API (same GPT / model / temperature settings).
→ API retains context perfectly; no issue observed.

`Expected Result`

The app should maintain conversation state within the same chat, just like the API does when sent with context.

`Actual Result`

The model loses track of the most recent prompt(s), resulting in broken context and incorrect or incomplete responses.
