Bug Report: ChatGPT becomes unusable in `Project` containers that have files attached.
`Steps to Reproduce`
  • create a project
  • upload files to it (eg. PDF documents)
`Expected Result`

Answers to general questions (out of the scope of those documents) should still be available.

`Actual Result`

Sometimes inside the conversations in that project, ChatGPT only gives me answers restricted to what is contained in those files.

The solution to make it "unstuck" is to delete those attached files from the Project.

`Environment`

Windows 10 (both ChatGPT windows app and ChatGPT website), Windows 11 (tried only the ChatGPT website). Both ChatGPT 5, and the (now-called) "Legacy" ChatGPT 4o.
