Bug Report: Does not use chosen tool
`Steps to Reproduce`

I am on the web platform using latest Chrome browser on iPad. I choose deep reseach. I enter my research question.

`Expected Result`

Enter the deep research mode, ask me clarifying questions about what I really want and deliver a report.

`Actual Result`

It starts doing web browsing. No clarifying questions. Simply it does not obey me.
