Bug Report: GPT 4.5 does not respond if there are attachments in the chat.

`Steps to Reproduce`

I upload an image, an error appears. I upload a document, an empty response appears.

`Expected Result`

I want GPT 4.5 to be able to see images, documents and respond to them, just like before GPT 5 was released.

`Actual Result`

An error or empty response appears.

Now GPT 4.5 has stopped working completely. Fix it already!
