Bug Report: Pro is "Unable to generate edits" on Mac app

`Steps to Reproduce`

Connect VSC or XCode using Work With Apps on the MacOS ChatGPT app and have it edit a code.

`Expected Result`

Actually able to edit the code inside VSC or XCode.

`Actual Result`

Prints an error message saying "Unable to generate edits."

As opposed to when in GPT5-Thinking mode when it works correctly.
This issue was also happening using o3-pro as opposed to regular o3.
