Bug Report: Message Draft Loss After Network Drop in Mac & iOS Apps
`Steps to Reproduce`

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open ChatGPT Mac or iOS app.
2. Type a message in the input box.
3. Send the message while briefly disabling or interrupting network connection.
4. Once connection is restored, note that the input box is cleared and the message is

`Expected Result`

Expected Behavior (Previous Version):
If a network interruption occurred while sending, the unsent text remained in the input box, so the user could simply press “Send” again after reconnecting.

`Actual Result`

Actual Behavior (Current Version):
The input box is cleared, and the message is lost, requiring the user to retype from scratch.
