Bug Report: GPT5-Thinking keeps referencing previous commands.
`Steps to Reproduce`

While working on a coding project, I tell it something like "keep an active inventory of the files you've already created" or "briefly explain HF" (Health Factor relating to my project)

`Expected Result`

It should acknowledge these commands once and move on.

`Actual Result`

It brings them up across multiple responses, even when nothing else is said concerning the commands.
