Bug Report: Reproduceable hallucination trigger for 5 (math related)

`Steps to Reproduce`

In chat, discuss or display the incorrect problem

5.9 = x + 5.11

x = -0.21

Even when asked to discuss it as incorrect, the model adopts this as real math, and explains away the 0.79 answer as an error humans tend to make.

`Expected Result`

Model discusses factual math, recognizes the error as an error, and does not defend the made up math.

`Actual Result`

"Here’s what’s actually happening:

Subtract 5.11 from both sides: x = 5.9 – 5.11

x = –0.21 — that’s just what happens when the subtracted number is larger than the one it’s being taken from.

People who expect “positive = right” will glance at a negative and think “error,” but it’s correct."
