Bug Report: Lost Chat Context
`Steps to Reproduce`

  • Continue a chat started with GPT-4o now with GPT-5

  • ask something about a former prompt or answer

  • ChatGPT will act strange as if it doesn't really now

`Expected Result`

ChatGPT remembers context from a conversation, even if it was started with GPT-4o.

`Actual Result`

ChatGPT seems to lose context of conversation if continued with GPT-5 while started with GPT-4o before release
