`Steps to Reproduce`
Continuing work with chatgpt (plus/paid)
Rsch and collated information (guarantees throughout course of Jan - current: all docs saved and retrievable)
`Expected Result`
Functional assistant
Retrieval of all docs saved on canvas
Access to all Chats
`Actual Result`
a) Critical Asst Failure/degradation
= Corrupted chats, corrupted docs ,
b) cannot start new session w/o failure 1st entry
b) Unable to retrieve any canvas docs while told they were there and retrievable; now 8/2025 asst says only way to retrieve canvas docs is via support
c) unable to reach support via:
- email (form letters not applicable)
- site chat help bot looping and "lying"
- tried openai forums - told discord is only place non-bot support watches
