Bug Report: Bug Fix Trigger Quota limitation
`Steps to Reproduce`
I made 1 post in a thread to generate a html based game that can be loaded into the canvas. A bug was in the code, i clicked "fix bug" get denied and told quota hit wait till certain time and once past that time I go load it back up first and click again "fix bug" and again oh quota so for the third time I made extra sure like the second once quota lifted first prompt is selecting the "fix bug" option but that triggers the quota again and no responses each time so now reporting it.
`Expected Result`
it would at least try to fix the bug and I had at least 1 prompt available or why did the quota limit get released

no response other than "you've hit your quota"
warped trench
