Bug Report: Login with 'Team' plan incorrectly detected as 'Free' plan and usage prohibited

`Steps to Reproduce`

Select 'use ChatGPT account' when prompted for login in Codex CLI
Authenticate in browser with an account that has ChatGPT Team plan
Type /status and press enter
Observe login info showing: Signed in with ChatGPT • Login: xxx@xxx.com • Plan: Free
Type any prompt and press enter
Observe response: 🖐 Usage not included with the plan
