Bug Report: GPT-5 access reverted to GPT-4o after cookie reset in Brave browser
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open ChatGPT in the Brave browser.

Reset cookies directly from the Brave browser settings.

Stay on chatgpt.com during and after the reset.

`Expected Result`

GPT-5 should remain available in the web interface as before, without the model picker reverting to GPT-4o, and the rollout should not be reverted for the browser.

`Actual Result`

I gained access to GPT-5 on the web yesterday at around 10:30 PM GMT+2.

Today, after resetting cookies in at around 2:30 PM GMT+2 in Brave GPT-5 disappeared from the web interface and the model picker reverted to GPT-4o and other older models, but only in the browser.

GPT-5 still remains available on the Android app and Windows app.
