Bug Report: Sora problem
`Steps to Reproduce`

There is an error in my Sora, even though there is no image or video generation, this keeps appearing "You can only generate 1 image or video at a time. Upgrade to generate more images or videos at the same time".

`Expected Result`

I can generate content again

I cannot generate content at all
