Bug Report: Gpt 5-mini not activating
`Steps to Reproduce`

I recently reached the 50 message limit for gpt 5 and went to message again (i use a gpt plus subscription)

`Expected Result`

I anticipated that chatgpt would switch over to another model (i was informed chatgpt 5-mini is what it’s meant to automatically switch over to.)

`Actual Result`

All i received was an error message about how i’ve hit my limit, and then my message wouldn’t go through.

`Environment`

Apple iphone 12, gpt-5, n/a(?) (My standard browser on my phone is Opera GX)

It says it’ll move onto another model. But i don’t think there are other models.

Or if there are (like gpt 5-mini, they’re not activating.)

Switching to the macos app though allows me to continue the conversation, not sure which model its using though, doesnt say. I'd assume 4o or something else since I don't have access to GPT 5 from the app version

wanted to note ... While my computer web browser access got and was activily limited I was how ever still able to prompt via android app....

maybe that helps the devs maybe not but not bad to know anyhow
