Bug Report: Unable to Attach Files on the App only

`Steps to Reproduce`

I was about to make another conversation on the ChatGPT app and tried to use the file attachment to attach an image of something without context. And I'm using another account that still has 3 free attempts on it

`Expected Result`

The File attachment functions normally and lets me upload images and files

`Actual Result`

It doesn't let me upload files or images even though I used an alternative account despite not reaching the free attempts limit. It won't let me upload files or images. The website still works but not the app

Android, 1.2025.217, ChatGPT App
