Bug Report: Projects - Uploaded files are not used
`Steps to Reproduce`

  • Upload a file

  • Ask for information from file in chat

  • Chatgpt doesn't use file but hallucinates and is inconsistent

  • Chatgpt comments and announces on tasks what it does or will do

`Expected Result`

Chatgpt should use informations from uploaded files in projects if they are important for chat. It does task without commenting or announcing.

`Actual Result`

Chatgpt hallucinates the informations in projects without using uploaded files. It comments or announces on task with "Here comes..." or "I will...".

Android app, newst version, all browsers

same issue, i cant attach file to vector store

Here, you don't attach any files to the vector stores. You upload them, but when you do the Attach, they just keep uploading and nothing happens. The same thing happens if you do it directly through the Assistants Playground.
