Bug Report: System prompt is exposed when copying a revised response
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Use the newly added feature “Request a rewrite” on any previous response.
  2. After the new response is generated, click the copy icon below the revised response.
`Expected Result`

Only the visible content inside the chat message should be copied.

`Actual Result`

Copying a rewritten response also includes an internal system prompt starting with:

"The user provided feedback on a previous completion. Use it to generate a new completion.The output should be a standalone response that reflects the feedback without acknowledging it… Only switch if the feedback explicitly asks you to translate the completion. Here is the feedback:"
as well as the full feedback text submitted by the user during the rewrite, even though neither is shown in the chat message.

Android device, Chrome browser, official ChatGPT web version (installed as PWA via “Add to Home screen”)

Update: As of now, the “Request a rewrite” feature appears to have been disabled. The UI has reverted to the previous version where the option is no longer available. Possibly rolled back due to early-stage issues.
