Reload Chatgpt, send a prompt. Go to regen option

`Expected Result`

option to switch between 4o and 4.1-mini

option is missing

In the Windows app and website I can't change the model, but in the Android app I can still change it.

some ppl are saying its a UI bug
they updated the UI again and its still missing
they might remove it for free users
