Bug Report: Agents not able to give valid attachment as output

`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask the agent to update an attached spreadsheet for you. It will provide a link. The link is always invalid which wastes an agent call.

`Expected Result`

I expect valid attachment as the output

`Actual Result`

Invalid link - {"detail":"Invalid signature or expired URL"}. When I get this I have to close the app as there is no way to go back
