Bug Report: Image uploading.

`Steps to Reproduce`

When I try to upload an image.

`Expected Result`

Hello, I hope everyone is doing well. I currently have the plus plan and for some reason ChatGPT is telling me I have to wait until August 30th so I can upload more images which is crazy and doesn't make any sense. Thank you.

`Actual Result`

I am unable to upload an image and ChatGPT is telling me I have to wait until August 30th.

`Environment`

Windows 10, I am using Chrome web browser.
