Bug Report: Photo upload button remains grayed out even after cooldown should have reset
`Steps to Reproduce`

  1. Reach the photo upload limit for the day in the ChatGPT app.

  2. Wait past the daily cooldown period (usually resets around 8:00 PM PT).

  3. Open the app and attempt to upload a photo.

  4. Notice that the photo button is still grayed out and says “You’re out of uploads.”

`Expected Result`

After the daily upload cooldown period, I should be able to upload photos again in the ChatGPT Android app.

`Actual Result`

Even after waiting past the expected reset time (around 8:00 PM Pacific Time), the photo upload button remains grayed out and says “You’re out of uploads,” preventing me from uploading any photos.

`Environment`

Android (ChatGPT mobile app), 1.2025.203, Not applicable (this is happening in the mobile app)

Except when I try to click on it, it does nothing, no message saying "Out of uploads"

Even tried reinstalling it doesn't fix it nor switch accounts and I tried to unjoin the beta and downloaded the non-beta of the app, it still doesn't work

I have a similar issue. I can't add or replace the photos in a chat. It remains grayed out
