Bug Report: ChatGPT deleted previous message on iOS while using the web!
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open ChatGPT in iOS.
  2. Use GPT-4.1 with Plus.
  3. Use this Prompt:
    Why do pregnant women get more emotional (crying, etc.)

I understand the basics about the hormones but want a deep dive

Explain without web search then call the web search to show charts

`Expected Result`

The AI should first show the message normally without the web search then call the web search and show charts without deleting the previous message like the web version.

`Actual Result`

It deletes the message when using the web.
