For me, it was resolved by simply changing my cell phone, and then when I got back I downloaded the app.
In other words, if you change which browser you use, Chat GPT will probably solve the problem.

FINALLY ! Today No more image distortion coming from ChatGPT.
I wrote the prompt, and the image was perfect, just like it used to generate before that big issue.
