Bug Report: Memory issues in one single chat
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Start a very long conversation with ChatGPT, discussing multiple complex topics in one session.
  2. Include deep time-based calculations related to Earth (e.g., time zones, planetary rotation, etc.).
  3. Ask ChatGPT a question, receive its response, and then immediately give it another question based on that response.
  4. Repeat this process for a while — question, answer, follow-up, and so on. And it will take the wrong question of 3 or 4 replies older .

I was expecting to get the actual questions answer

It gave me a whole new question and answered it again
