Bug Report: Cannot pause and resume voice dictation in the iOS ChatGPT app
`Steps to Reproduce`

Open the ChatGPT iOS app.

Type any text into the input field (do not send it).

Attempt to use the microphone icon.

`Expected Result`

Microphone icon remains visible and activates voice input.

`Actual Result`

The microphone icon is no longer available once text is entered.

iPhone: 14 Pro ChatGPT version: 1.2025.196
