Bug Report: ChatGPT won't stop including icons in responses
`Steps to Reproduce`

Ask it for some output that would generate a list of steps or answers. I've told it about 30 times over the last 3 days not to use icons in responses with its headers.

`Expected Result`

I expect it to generate large answers without icons in the titles. It has updated the memory several times when I've asked this.

`Actual Result`

It tends to not use icons for a single answer, and then immediately start using them again. When called out on it, it just loops behaviour. No icon, then star using icons again after that. Example: 📍 Where to Report Bugs or 📝 What to Include in a Bug Report

Windows 10, firefox, chatgpt 4o, plus account

Step 1, followed by icon usage 2 answers later. Pretty much constantly follows this pattern.

This issue has been reported many times here. There are also some solutions that have been published by others. Search the notes for related issues.

I searched bug reports for 'icons' but don't see anything related to this. Also not sure what you're referring to by notes, I don't see a notes channel.

Hi! Rather than "icons" look for "emoji".
Search in search box for in: bug-reports emoji

When I said "notes" I meant the collective contents of the bugs channel and the suggestions channel, and threads and comments.
